Before (OOTB prior behavior): "domain": { "id": " " }

After (updated OOTB behavior – PRB1912870): "domain": { "name": " " } If the OpenStack credential record stores the domain as a UUID (e.g., ba8cc8fcb56147b88948546c0956371b ), the updated code now sends this UUID string as a name to Keystone. Keystone cannot match a domain by that name and rejects the token request.

Navigate to the OpenStack Credential record. Locate the Domain field (previously storing the UUID). Update it to the correct domain name (e.g., AUTH.VRSN.COM ). Save and re-run the Validate Service Account operation and the token should now be created successfully.
