The issue occurs ONLY with the Incident table in the SOW in all customer instances, while it works fine in the CSM workspace and other tables like requested item and catalog task. This condition contained a scripted condition (SRMSidebarTabUtils().hasOptInRole()) that evaluated to true, incorrectly hiding the tab for incidents in SOW. The development team confirmed this screen condition was code that should have been removed. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Steps to Resolve Verify you have the 'Service Reliability Management' (SRM) plugin installed 1. Navigate to the UX Screen Condition record: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_screen_condition.do?sys_id=8539887543a7b510ee029ca12bb8f2d52. Uncheck the Scripted Condition checkbox3. Click Update4. Navigate to SOW and open an Incident - Record Information tab is now visibleNote: This workaround is safe to use and has no adverse effects on any SRM use case. The permanent fix will be delivered as part of a future release via problem PRB2014696.
