The itil role alone does not satisfy this condition, so users with only the itil role cannot see these buttons. This is OOB behavior — the UI Actions are intentionally restricted to users with the problem_coordinator role to ensure that only authorized users can confirm or cancel the Assess action on Problem records. To verify the role requirement on the OK UI Action: Navigate to System Definition > UI Actions and search for the OK action on the problem table.Open the record and review the Requires Role tab to confirm problem_coordinator is listed as a required role. Note: Before assigning additional roles, review whether granting problem_coordinator access is appropriate for the affected users' responsibilities within your organization.
