It fetches the incident details, related KBs and similar incidents. /sys_script_include.do?sys_id=21d95a3b3b2cea103b29281916e45a7b - Adding breakpoint to the above Script Include, enable Script Debugger and test the Agentic workflow again, it doesn't work. Copy the Script Include out to the background script and run, the breakpoint Script Debugger works. We can see the exception when fetchSimilarIncidents is executed which uses the "sn_itsm_gen_ai_similar_resolved_incidents" Search Profile. The logs in the background script show the same - the issue caused by no search source missing in the Search Profile. Importing the missing file fixes the issue.
