To grant non-admin users access to the Article Optimization widget data, choose one of the following approaches: Option 1 — Assign a qualifying Knowledge Management role Review the Knowledge Management roles available on your instance and assign an appropriate role to the affected user. To identify which roles have access, navigate to System Security > Access Control (ACL) and search for the ACL associated with the Article Optimization widget to view the Requires Role list. Option 2 — Modify the ACL If no existing role is appropriate for the affected user, the ACL can be modified to include additional roles: Navigate to System Security > Access Control (ACL).Search for the ACL associated with the Article Optimization widget.Add the desired role(s) to the Requires Role list.Save and test with an affected user to confirm access is restored. Note: Modifying OOB ACLs is a customization. Test on a non-production instance before applying to production and review the security implications of broadening access to optimization data.
