ServiceNow Server: Generates the HTML for the page. It sees the Azure URL (e.g., https://mystorage.blob.../image.jpg) and sends it to the user's browser.2. User's Browser: Receives the HTML and tries to download the image directly from Azure.The Failure: As user is on an external network (and their personal IP isn't whitelisted in Azure), Azure blocks the browser, even though ServiceNow itself is whitelisted. The Workflow: ServiceNow (via MID Server) downloads the image from Azure, attaches it to the ServiceNow record (sys_attachment), and then the user views the attachment hosted on the ServiceNow CDN instead of Azure.
