When a CI is discovered by the Cloud Resource pattern, it is created in the cmdb_ci_cmp_resource table. When the same resource is later discovered by the Azure – Functions pattern, the CI is reclassified into the cmdb_ci_cloud_function table. This behavior repeats on every Discovery run, resulting in the creation of deduplication tasks in the cmdb_ci_cloud_function table. This affects the functionality of Service Now Discovery since the pattern 'Azure - Functions' will discover the same CIs without the need of any additional custom resource inclusion records. Note: Current de-duplication tasks must be remediated. This solution will apply for future discovery executions.
