Set to true the system property: com.glide.agentic_processes_view.enabled NOTE: as property is in private scope, download XML attached to KB and import it to sys_properties table 4. In the Generate Resolution Plan AI agent, add the ITIL role under 'Define data access' at both the agent and workflow levels 5. Create a new 'Generate Resolution Plan' UI action under the 'Select Channels and Status' section of the workflow. After these steps, the AI Workflows icon appears on the incident form header, a new button is available, and clicking it triggers the workflow with progress displayed in the AI Workflows section.
