This modal initiates a guided setup to configure the NOW Assist Context Menu (NACM) for the respective application. If this guided setup is not completed, the Sparkle Icon will not display for end users. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below: Navigate to the NOW Assist Admin Console.Locate and activate the Activity Response Generation capability for the desired application (ITSM or CSM).When prompted by the modal dialog, click “Go to Now Assist Context Menu” to launch the guided setup.Complete the guided setup to configure the NOW Assist Context Menu (NACM) for the respective application.Once the NACM configuration is complete, verify that the Sparkle Icon is now visible in the application. Note: This guided setup must be completed separately for each application (ITSM and CSM) in which Activity Response Generation is activated. Skipping the modal or dismissing it without completing the NACM configuration will result in the Sparkle Icon not appearing.
