Instead, only an empty kb_knowledge creation form opens. Even after fixing the form layout, the issue still occurred only in Workspace, whereas it was resolved in the Classic UI. Steps to reproduce: Access to HR Agent Workspace and open any closed HR case.(Case with no attached KB) Next to the [Save] button, open the [...] menu and click [Create Knowledge]. In the dialog, pick a Knowledge base and an Article template, then click [Next]. Expected:The kb_knowledge creation form opens and the "KB Generation" component appears.
