This behavior is intentional, and exporting/importing connector instances between instances is not currently supported. Please note that this is by design not supported as the custom connector configured on one instance will have references to the instance spefic details like credentials, connection URL. These instance specific details when exported, may not be relevant in other instance. This is the reason it does not support the export. Note that only the definition part of the connector is captured in update sets, not runtime data. 3. Configure connectors separately in non-production instances instead of copying tables via update sets to avoid inconsistencies. To understand , how the launchpad tiles are being built (as in, what are the records associated to each tile) for endpoint /now/sow/integration-launchpad and how is the page being built (also, which records/tables) for endpoint /now/sow/connector-form/custom/{sys_id}, - Integration launchpad tiles on Browse integration tab are rendered from sn_em_ai_hob_definition_details table- The tiles in Installed integration tab corresponds to sn_itom_integ_app_instance_details table which are linked to "Connector instance" and "Push connector instance" tables.- When new custom integration is created, the connector scripts are autogenerated based on the filled configuration details and new "Push connector" record gets created along with corresponding "Push connector instance" record- The sysId in /now/sow/connector-form/custom/{sys_id} endpoint corresponds to sys_id of "Push connector instance" record.Connector instance ==> Event Management -> Integrations -> Connector InstancesPush connector instance ==> Event Management -> Integrations -> Push Connector Instances
