The self-configured setup for Teams did not align with the Outlook integration, leading to authentication failures. In this scenario, the same portal loads on Ms Teams but not on Ms outlook. -Customer had initially setup the self-configured route. -Then did the Install Azure Apps but didn't proceed with downloading the Manifest and uplaoding it. So it looked like pre-published but actual working configuration is self-configured.
