From a technical standpoint, SOW does not include the required sys_ux_app_route (Page Route) definitions or the associated UX framework configurations that are needed to handle such interactions. As a result, when these elements are clicked, there is no underlying routing logic to redirect the action to the appropriate UX script, action handler, or modal experience. Since these page routes and supporting UX configurations are not available out of the box in SOW, the platform has no native mechanism to process or resolve these actions. Consequently, this behaviour is not supported by default and would require custom UX configurations and workspace-level customisation to implement the desired functionality. As Remediation Task is a child table of the Task table, by default it's visible on SOW and there's no way to bypass it currently! If this custom functionality is important for your use case, you need to customize the configurations from your end. This behaviour is not supported by default and would require custom UX configurations and workspace-level customisation to implement the desired functionality.
