For example: Generating acceptance criteria for a story consumes 10 assists.Generating activity response (e.g., work notes or comments) consumes 5 assists.Executing a small agentic workflow (less than 4 actions) consumes 25 assists. Daily Aggregation: The total assist usage is measured and aggregated daily for the customer account. Annual Reset: The aggregated assist usage resets each year on the anniversary of the purchase date of the Advanced AI and Data Product or another mutually agreed date. Excess Usage: If the total assist usage exceeds the customer's entitlement, ServiceNow may invoice the customer for the excess usage.
