The native platform list view queries the Risk table directly without the Monitor state filter. This difference in data source and state filtering is why the two views return different counts. This is expected platform behavior when the correct data source and state filters are taken into account. The heatmap displays data sourced from Risk Assessment Instance records (sn_risk_advanced_risk_assessment_instance) and only includes records in Monitor state.The native platform list view queries the Risk table (sn_risk_risk) directly and is not filtered by Monitor state. The two views show matching counts only when the Risk table records and the Risk Assessment Instance records in Monitor state are in alignment. No configuration change is needed — this is the intended design of the Risk Workspace heatmap. The heatmap visualises data based on risk assessments, plotting risks by their assessed Impact and Likelihood axis values from the Risk Assessment Methodology. Only risks that have been assessed and have valid axis factor values appear as data points. A risk record visible in the native platform list view may not appear on the heatmap if it lacks a completed risk assessment or the required heatmap factor scores. The heatmap component also supports a Follow filter property that, when enabled (default), applies workspace-level page filters on top of the data source filters already set on the component — this layered filtering can cause the heatmap to display a subset of records compared to a flat list view that applies only a single filter condition.
