Group owners and administrators are unable to add users to Employee Relations (ER) groups unless they have the sn_hr_er.admin role. Other HR groups (non-ER) are not affected — owners and admins can add users to those groups without issue.

Identify an ER-specific group (e.g., "ER - Investigatory Process"). Log in as a group owner or admin who does NOT have the sn_hr_er.admin role. Attempt to add a new member to the ER group. The operation fails or the "Add" option is not available. Expected Result: Group owners/admins should be able to add members to their groups.

Actual Result: Only users with sn_hr_er.admin role can add members to ER groups.

If the business requirement is to allow non-admin users to manage ER group membership, consider one of the following options: Option A: Remove the ER-specific roles from the group and replace them with a less restricted role (e.g., sn_hr_core.basic ), ensuring this does not expose sensitive ER case data. Option B: Grant the sn_hr_er.admin role to designated group managers, accepting that this role provides broader ER case visibility. Option C: Submit an enhancement request via the Idea Portal for more granular role assignment controls. Verification:
