Unfortunately, it was not showing, and Jimothy and his team were confused. Documentation mentioned the below snippet that lead Jimothy and his team to believe this "Add" button should appear in the mentioned Related List: Add or remove entitlements to indicate the entitlements you want to cover. To add an entitlement, select Add and provide the required information.To remove an entitlement, select it and select Remove. Sure enough, confirmed by ServiceNow Development, this is the case. The "Add" button is hidden intentionally when no assets are associated with the relevant contract, since no related entitlements can be added without existing assets. This behavior is tracked under PRB1589829. Jimothy and his team were counseled to ensure that assets are linked to the contract prior to expecting the "Add" button to display in the mentioned Related List.
