Although both records use a Business Rule named "Update Risk Rating from Risk Score," the underlying logic is not the same. Each record type uses different Script Includes and calculation tables to determine the final risk rating value from the risk score. This difference in calculation logic is the reason for the observed discrepancy and is expected behavior.
