The ACL controlling query access to the drill-down data requires the query_range_role role. Non-admin users who have not been granted this role are blocked from retrieving the underlying list data when clicking on widget scores, even if all other Resource Management roles have been assigned. This is the default OOB behavior for the resource_managers, project_manager, and resource_users roles — the query_range_role is not included in these roles by default. Option 2 — Assign the role to a group Add query_range_role to the appropriate group so that all members of that group gain access to the drill-down data automatically. Option 3 — Create a custom Query Range ACL If neither option above fits your access model, create a custom query_range ACL tailored to your business needs and existing ACL structure, following ServiceNow ACL best practices. After applying any of the above, verify that affected non-admin users can now click on single score widgets and see the drill-down list data as expected.
