This plugin version is available on Zurich Patch 7 or higher. Please update the instance to Zurich Patch 7 or later, then verify that the Knowledge Capabilities in UI Builder plugin is at version 29.7.3 or above.Once confirmed, retest the Retire button in Knowledge Center. Note: No workaround update set is available from the development team. Instance upgrade is the only resolution path. It is recommended to first apply the update to a sub-production environment and validate the fix before proceeding to production.
