We observed that the certificates that were added in the target endpoint is not added in ServiceNow Truststore.2. Also we observed that the Keystore certificate that was added contains two aliases. We did the openssl to the target end point and fetched the certificates that they are presenting. We added them in the sys_certificate as a Truststore.2. After adding the certificate we got an error saying that "client certificate required" for this we observed that the keystore certificate that was uploaded contains two aliases. Ideally only one alias should exist so we removed one of the alias.3. After above changes when we tested we see that the mutual authentication is working fine.
