As long as CIs are already associated to other tasks for the same policy these will be excluded in this newly created task. Business rule: Check Attestation Duplicate Task CIsVerify the CI's and its tasks in this table sn_cmdb_ws_attestation_task_to_ci based on the policy associated. Make sure to update the existing tasks in cmdb_data_management_task table to closed cancelled or closed complete 2. Impersonate the affected user -> open Cmdb Workspace -> click on Mywork -> click on Attestation tasks tab and if you see any task assigned , cancel it by using the button present at top right of the record 3.
