Increasing this value to 6 resolved the problem by allowing all required survey questions to be included. Additionally, it was verified that the survey definition has the Outlook Actionable Message option enabled(check in survey designer), ensuring proper rendering of adaptive cards in Outlook emails. The email notification configuration was also confirmed to include the script ${mail_script:include_survey_actionable}, with the survey URL and questionnaire properly configured and functioning as expected. Note: As per OOTB behaviour, the email preview displays a survey link; however, the actual email renders the survey directly as a questionnaire instead of a link.
