Navigate to the notification: multifactor.otp.email.notificationOpen the "Who will receive" tabEnable "Send to event creator"Save the notification This ensures that when the MFA event is triggered by a user, the OTP email is sent back to that same user. Note: If affected users have the snc_external role, also verify the MFA policy to ensure MFA is enforced for that role. Test changes on a lower environment before applying to production.
