This issue has appeared after the upgrade to Zurich patch 7. Users cannot edit items in the catalog builder as a result. Steps to reproduce: navigate to catalog builder and create or edit a catalog item. Add 2 questions of your choice. Hover the question and observe that there are only 2 options (right side): edit or remove question. Expected behavior: dynamic behavior should be on the left side of the edit icon.
