The Transfer Case functionality is designed to provide flexibility, allowing cases to be re-evaluated, reprocessed, or aligned with the correct service configuration. 3. Transferring a case (to the same or different service) creates a new HR case under the selected service, closes the original one, and carries over comments and work notes. 4. This process ensures service-specific workflows, COE tables, notifications, and access controls are applied correctly. 5. If the business does not require transferring to the same service, the case can be transferred to the required service.
