This means items that remain in the cart, but have not yet checked out/submitted.When a user submits a request via the platform, the checkout process picks up all active items in the DEFAULT cart, not just the items from the current session, which is the expected checkout behavior.If there are leftover items from previous abandoned or interrupted sessions, they get included in the same request, resulting in unexpected duplicate RITMs.We recommend for the users to remove the items in the DEFAULT cart that are not being submitted, to prevent further occurrences.
