Enabling this property will force them to update their password to comply with the password policy upon login. The Non-Interactive users with 'Identity type = machine' (e.g., Integration users) cannot log directly into the instance and are not flagged to comply with the password policy (even via API or integration), however if the 'Password needs reset = true' flag is set on the [sys_user] table for a machine type user account, it must be set to 'false' or the password needs to be updated to meet policy requirements to avoid authentication failures.
