In dictionary entries , there is a "Display" column which is set to true to make this column as a display field for the table. System will use the display field to search for referred record. The name in the list refers to sys_user table and the dictionary entries shows 'name' as Display true as follows so that system use the 'name' column to search. Then 2nd for import data is based on 'user_name' column so that this causes the error in import set with 'No matching reference value found for..'.
