The issue was successfully reproduced after clicking multiple times (approximately 4–5 times) on the same HR case within the Triaging Dashboard. In such scenarios, the “i” (information) icon displays empty content or shows “Undefined – Workspace UIB”, which is not expected. Actual Result: The “i” button displays empty content or “Undefined – Workspace UIB”. Expected Result: The information should be displayed in clear, user-friendly language, aligned with HRSD best practices.
