Before apply the workaround, the "workspace.list.columnOrder.xxxx.not_found" created in sys_user_preference on the instance. For example: "workspace.list.columnOrder.sc_req_item.not_found" 2. Login instance with Admin user who can edit the Data visualization, on the Configration penal, check the option of "Show option to personalize columns".3. Impersonate user A and open the Data visualization, click the 3 dots to show the drop down mention, click the "Personalize Columns". 4. In the "Personalize fields" pop-up window, you will find the same custom column list that is currently displayed in the prod Data Visualization List view for user A.Click the "Reset all column settings" and "Apply", to remove the user preference "workspace.list.columnOrder.sc_req_item.not_found".5. The Data Visualization List view will populate the expected columns.
