States of the records for which issues are already created get updated if the record is not in the closed state and the state mapping exists for the selected records in the configuration rule. Open a record and the Sync Agile Status is visible in the form context menu if the following conditions are met. Issue is created for the record and the record is not in Closed stateState mapping exists for the record Click Sync Agile Status to synchronize the agile status with the mapped state. You can set the system property to set the batch size for fetching the issue status from Jira. Navigate to System Property > sn_vul_jira.bulkIssueStatusSize. For Jira Server, the maximum number of issues to return (defaults to 50). The maximum allowable value is dictated by the Jira property 'jira.search.views.default.max'. If you specify a value that is higher than this number, your search results will be truncated).If the issue is created from form action or the configured rule does not have any state mapping, then those records will not be considered for state sync.
