Platform logs show the following evidence: Request not sent to uri=https://api.first.org/data/v1/epss?offset=100000&limit=10000ConnectTimeoutException: The host did not accept the connection within timeout of 10000 Invalid response code received from First.org: 0response_status="-1" response_time="10030" The request timed out after the platform's default 10-second outbound HTTP connection timeout. This occurred on the final pagination request after all EPSS data had already been retrieved. The integration successfully processed 100,000 records, and no data loss occurred. ServiceNow recommends enabling and increasing the outbound HTTP timeout to allow additional time for external API responses.
