Create the Employee Input Task Configuration record 2. Create or update the associated Employee Form (this must be created or at least updated after the configuration date above). Note: For existing Employee Forms that cannot be modified, verify ownership of the attached survey form, as write access is restricted by an out-of-the-box ACL (sys_id: 27a6136f070120103a8069511fd300cb). The survey form owner has the ownership. 3. Create the Universal Task with the correct parent record. The user with the extended role will now be able to view the employee responses in the new completed Universal Task employee forms
