So that the text in the field is translated to the users preferred language, without them having to click the little translate icon on the field. We are sending the outbound calls to your translation provider in order to translate the data. Please find the outbound HTTP log below. You should be able to see outbound REST calls whenever you click on "Translate". Example: https://INSTANCE_NAME.service-now.com//sys_outbound_http_log.do?sys_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Since your translation provider is external, it is not recommended to make external calls to endpoints such as https://api-eur.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/translate when loading forms as it would negatively impact the performance of the instance. You can also find out this is the common approach followed by newspapers, professional social networking and other website in order to allow the end-user decide if he wants a translation or if it is not required. We do offer an option to show field values in different languages depending on the user localization settings. However, this option relies on static text that instance administrators have to maintain manually in the sys_translated_text table. This does not rely on dynamic translation.
