Steps to reproduce:

Go to System Definition > Tables . Select New to create a table. For example, create a table named Test . Fill in the required fields including Label and Name , and submit the form. Go to System Definition > Language Files (sys_documentation.list). Search for the table name Test . Verify that a [sys_documentation] record exists for the table label field. Delete the record. After deleting the record, attempting to change the table label no longer works — reproducing the issue.
