In Zurich Patch 6 version, administrators are unable to access the Virtual Agent Designer. When attempting to open All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer, the instance returns 'The page you are looking for could not be found.' '$conversation-builder.do'.

Steps to Reproduce : 1. HOP onto a Z P6 instance

2. Open All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer

3. Notice the error 'The page you are looking for could not be found.' '$conversation-builder.do'.

Expected behavior: Should open conversation builder

Actual behavior: Throwing error

Solution \ Workaround : Option 1 - Uninstall current version:

1) In their filter navigator enter sys_store_app.LIST 2) In the List of plugins, filter by ID for the plugin sn_cs_builder 3) Note the version installed is 29.0.9 4) Open the record 5) In the links at the bottom you will see an Uninstall link in related links 6) Click this 7) A confirmation window will appear and it will ask you to type 'uninstall' to confirm 8) The uninstall will begin and take a couple of minutes. Wait until you get a confirmation that it was uninstalled (it may hang at 100% for 1-2 minutes)

Repair Virtual Agent Designer plugin

1) In your Filter Navigator, type Plugins and open the Plugin Manager Page 2) Search Virtual Agent Designer 3) You should see it as an available option, Click on that 4) It should have a link that says Repair 5) Click Repair and wait for it to finish

Option 2 - PRB1995068 has been fixed and the fix is included in Zurich Patch 7 release version. Customer can upgrade to this version in which this defect has been fixed.
