Just below it, you will see the filter condition that represents the parent record, for example:Request item = RITM000000123.Right‑click that filter condition text and select Open new window .The system opens a full list view showing the same set of related records (for example, all Catalog Tasks for that RITM).In this list view, right‑click any column header and choose Export.Select the desired format, such as CSV, Excel, or XML, then download the file when prompted This approach works for any related list (incidents, tasks, change tasks, etc.) where you need to export the records referenced by a parent form.
