HAM Workspace: Closing the Sourcing Request tab - Popup Message "Closing this tab will cause your changes to be lost. Do you want to continue?"DescriptionIn Hardware Asset Workspace, the pop‑up in the Source Request workspace tab doesn't close or save automatically, so ServiceNow continues to treat the form as if there are unsaved changes. Even though the SCTASK updates are successfully saved and the task is marked Closed Complete, the user still gets a warning that their changes will be lost when they try to close the tab. This creates an unnecessary prompt and disrupts the overall user experience.Steps to Reproduce 1. From the employee centre submit a 'Standard Laptop' Request, or submit a request for "Hardware Inventory Stock Order".2. Approve the RITM, and Navigate to the 'Source Request' SCTASK on the Hardware Asset Workspace.3. Select 'Source Request' and Procure the laptop through 'Vendor Purchase'4. Submit the Procurement Task and Select 'Ok' when the Purchase Order has been successfully created.5. Notice that the Source Request Task is still open in a new workspace tab, different to the SCTASK tab that has been updated. The user is directed to the 'REQ' record6. Close the 'Source Request' Workspace Tab, and notice the pop-up saying there are unsaved changes.WorkaroundCurrently there is no workaround available for this issue.
