Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Declarative Actions > Form Action Layouts (sys_ux_form_action_layout.list) 4. Find “Interaction” and open it. 5. Edit the form. 6. In Related Links > UX Form Action Layout Items > click New 7. Add the action assignment created in the previous step. Name: Set your desired name. Label: Set your desired label. Application: Interaction Management for Service Operations Workspace Table: Interaction[interaction] Item Type: Action Action: Select the action assignment created in the previous step. Submit 8. The action assignment is displayed in the Related Links. 9. Open the Interaction, or if it is open, refresh the page, and the button is displayed. 10. (Optional) If desired, the out-of-the-box "Create Incident" button in the interaction can be deactivated by navigating to System UI > UI Actions (sys_ux_form_action.list) and deactivating "Create Incident" for the Interaction [interaction] table.
