When this property is enabled (set to true), the License Usage tab in ServiceNow Software Asset Workspace is designed to automatically apply the "Published Status" filter. This filter restricts the displayed data to only the software products that are explicitly configured as "Published Products." Published products can be managed from the SAM Implementation – Published Products section. In the current configuration, no products have been added to the Published Products list, which causes the License Usage tab to display no records by default because the filter is applied but there are no products within its scope.
