Currently, if the user does not have either of these roles, which results in the ACL being evaluated as false. - To resolve this issue, there are two possible options:1. Assign the itil role to the user (which I understand may not be feasible in your case),Or2. Assign the sn_request_write role to the user. This role will be available once the com.snc.itsm.roles plugin is installed.- The ITSM Roles plugin (com.snc.itsm.roles) includes an additional security model. The security model provides more granular roles across ITSM applications as well as within them, allowing you flexibility in setting up access controls. The ITSM Roles plugin is available by default in new instances.
