MS are enforcing the removal of basic auth for their Exchange Online SMTP email protocol (sending email) from later this year, having removed it from the IMAP email protocol (receiving email) in late 2022. The customer is asking if ServiceNow intend to make any changes to the authentication method used with these accounts to enforce modern auth and the timescales for such changes.
