Workflow Name Mismatch Issue:In versions earlier than 10.0.10, the workflow was named "Suggest Survey Responses". In newer versions, the workflow has been renamed to "Propose Survey Responses". Resolution:The old workflow "Suggest Survey Responses" is now deprecated. Customers should use the new workflow "Propose Survey Responses". ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Utterance Issue Issue:The AI agent requires the complete utterance, including the list of fields that need to be extracted. If the required fields are not included, the workflow may not execute correctly. Example of a correct utterance: Help me with survey AINST00XXXX. List of fields to extract inc/case/req details:number, short_description, description, calendar_stc, escalation, reopen_count,close_code, close_notes, state, priority, caller_id. Note:Always include the list of fields to extract in the utterance. ---------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Output Not Visible Issue:The result may not appear in the output. Resolution: 1. Open the Survey Response Suggestion AI Agent.2. Navigate to the Tools section.3. Open the Survey Answer Suggestion Tool.4. Set the Display Output flag to True. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Verification Steps To verify that the flow executed successfully: - Check the Survey Record – An attachment should be added.- Check Email Notifications – An email should be sent after successful execution. If the attachment or email is missing: - Ensure the required roles are assigned to the user to access survey data.- Verify if all the required roles are added in the Define Access tab for both the AI Agent and the Workflow.
