STR as follow: 1. In navigator type "Projects" -> Customer Service -> Projects -> Import and click on the import there2. select a mpp file to import and create new project, set a project name, Do NOT select Update an existing project, Select Calculate Type should remain as Automatic. 3. This conflict resulted in the screen going blank and preventing successful import of mpp files. This can be done by navigating to the processor list: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/sys_processor_list.do?sysparm_query=pathLIKEsys_ms_project_import&sysparm_view&sysparm_clear_stack=true&sysparm_list_header_search=true&sysparm_choice_query_raw&sysparm_first_row=1 Deactivating one processor resolves the import issue.
