Legacy workflows remain supported for backward compatibility, but are no longer the primary configuration mechanism. As a result, non‑admin Knowledge Base views expose only Flow‑based publish and retire fields, while workflow fields are restricted to administrators. When a Knowledge Base is configured with workflows but accessed through a Flow‑only view, Zurich validation cannot resolve a publish/retire engine, resulting in the observed save error.
