Basically, the field is never set:-The list shows it as empty in Xanadu.-The list shows it as empty in Yokohama-The list shows it as "0 seconds" in Zurich.If you try to export the list to Excel, etc.-The system exports the value as 0 in Xanadu-The system exports the value as 0 in Yokohama-The system exports an empty value in ZurichThis OOB behavior was changed intentionally with the release of Zurich as a part of a defect fix.If the database value of a duration field is empty/NULL, we used to export it as 0. However, we changed this behaviour in Zurich. Basically, if the value of a duration field is never set (If it is empty in the show XML and in the database), now we export it as empty string and this is considered the expected behaviour for Zurich onwards versions of ServiceNow. Once the system property is introduced, customers will be able to revert the behaviour to pre-Zurich if they want.This enhancement is currently targeted to be available in the "Brasil" version of the ServiceNow platform, which will be made available in Q3 of this year.
