Alternative Method (When CI is Not Set on the Change) If the Configuration Item field is not populated on the Change Request, you can still verify the association by displaying the Change as a Task related to the CI. Platform UI Open the cmdb_ci_esx_server form.Navigate to Configure > Related Lists.Add Affected by Task to the Related Lists.The related Change Requests will be displayed as Tasks. Service Operations Workspace (SOW) Open cmdb_ci_esx_server in SOW.Add Affected by Task to the Related Lists using the workspace configuration.Change Requests will be visible as Tasks.
