This overwrites the target instance's Twilio configuration with values from the source instance, including TwimlApp IDs that reference Twilio applications in the source environment. When the Twilio Direct Driver attempts to reconnect after the clone, it uses the overwritten (incorrect) TwimlApp ID, causing connection failures even though the TwimlApp exists and was created from the same ServiceNow instance. Without proper clone exclusions or data preservers configured, the Twilio configuration is replaced on every clone operation.
