The Release Policy Execution table is outside of the PaCE engine and the state of the records here gets updated once the event sn_dpr.pace.execution.finished is processed.2. We looked into a few examples of Release Policy Executions in the New state.The corresponding sn_pace_executions (INVOxxx) record completed processing under 19 seconds.The sn_dpr.pace.execution.finished event was also fired immediately after the INVO completed but the event was not yet processed and was still in the ready state.The underlying cause for this seems to be a backlog of event processing causing the event sn_dpr.pace.execution.finished to not yet be picked up by the event processor.For any other invocations, you may take these troubleshooting steps:1. Find the invocation that either got timed out or took a long time .2. Check which Processor (Execute Policy Job 1/2/3/4) was assigned to it.3. Check how long after the invocation was created, did the corresponding Execute policy scheduled job got a chance to run and pick up the executions to process.4. Any executions in the new state on the sn_pace_execution table even after 1 hour get timed out through another scheduled job. When checked the performance of the instance in general, we found out that millions of events generated from another application on the instance due to this influx other events were waiting in queue and did not get processed on time like the DPR related ones.
